Research Assistant position at NTU's EMPOWER Centre (Early Mental Potential & Wellbeing Research Centre) at NTU Main Campus, Singapore. The role supports basic and translational projects on early childhood development, including participant recruitment, data collection and basic data analysis, design and validation of novel cognitive tasks, and data coding of video and audio data for parent-infant social interaction and synchrony. Responsibilities also include assisting graduate and undergraduate research student projects and providing administrative/research support to the PI. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences or related technical/computational fields; experience with human psychological data collection (especially with children/families); strong verbal and written communication skills; good organizational abilities; ability to work independently; and advantageous experience with EEG/eye-tracking and programming/computational analysis.
