Research assistant to support the development of copper nanoparticles (NanoCu) paste as a thermal interface material. Responsibilities include process development and characterization of NanoCu paste, maintenance of lab equipment and supplies (procurement and liaison with suppliers), and producing high-quality reports consolidating research findings. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science/Engineering or related field and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in materials processing or characterization.
