Research Assistant position in the Belopolski Research Group (QuantumX Labs) at NTU Singapore to explore topological quantum materials. The group uses molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) to synthesize atomically precise crystals, integrates them with two-dimensional exfoliated materials, and characterizes them with transport measurements and ARPES. Responsibilities include synthesizing novel materials via MBE, developing in situ characterization and machine learning approaches for materials development, integrating epitaxial synthesis with 2D materials and devices, and collaborating on theory and experiments. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in mathematics, quantum physics, electrical engineering or a related field. Experience in optics, 2D materials, and related techniques is valued.
