Perform analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data including quality control, alignment, variant calling, and downstream analyses; analyze and integrate multi-omics datasets (e.g., genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics) to address biological research questions; develop, implement, and maintain data analysis pipelines using Linux-based systems, R, and Python; interpret analytical results in a biological context; collaborate closely with wet-lab scientists to support experimental design and data interpretation; document analysis workflows, results, and methods to ensure reproducibility.
