Research Fellow to prepare and characterize 2D ferroelectric materials and devices. Focus on preparation and fundamental characterization of 2D ferroelectric materials to promote applications of 2D ferroelectric devices, including characterization of ferroelectric polarization with methods such as PFM and P-E loop tests, confirming polarization switching with electrical pulses, demonstrating reconfigurable photoresponsivity, and fabricating/testing devices. Also involves data collection/analysis, manuscript and project report drafting, and mentoring undergraduates or masters students; assisting the PI in drafting new research proposals. Job located at NTU Cintra, NTU Main Campus, Singapore.
