Research Fellow to develop photoelectrocatalytic systems for unassisted solar fuel and chemical synthesis, focusing on PEC artificial leaves and nanoparticle photocatalysts for water splitting, CO2 reduction and oxidative organic reactions. The role includes establishing a state-of-the-art PEC characterization platform (solar simulator, potentiostat, customized PEC cell, gas chromatograph), developing reproducible procedures for gas and liquid product analysis, outdoor benchmarking of demonstrator devices, and mentoring junior group members.
