Performs regular crop field inspections and assists with general agronomy operations, drives between fields, uses Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques and GPS technology to identify threats, documents findings, and communicates results to the agronomy specialist and customers; participates in scheduled technical training and other duties as needed.
