Paid Retail Management Intern position at Kwik Trip 1168. Responsibilities include supporting the retail department with marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering and HR responsibilities; exposure to leadership styles. Actively pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree. Minimum 20 hours per week during the school semesters, with potential to work up to 40 hours during school breaks. Base pay range is 16.99-23.79 per hour. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip provides 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers as bonuses (8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability) and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off.
