Paid, 12-week Retail Management internship designed to build real-world business and leadership experience. As a Retail Intern, you’ll engage in daily store operations, customer service, and support store goals, with opportunities to lead shifts and make business-focused decisions. Actively pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in Business Management/Administration or related field. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Schedule may vary, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week (Mon-Sun during the school year) and potentially up to 40 hours during school breaks; internship offers flexibility with school scheduling. Pay range is $15.90 to $22.26 per hour. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip provides a 40% pre-tax profit sharing bonus back to coworkers (bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability) and a comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more).
