Responsibilities include designing mm-wave amplifiers and switches in GaAs/GaN, performing linear/non-linear/EM simulations, presenting design reviews, and measuring RF performance. Requires enrollment in BS/MS/PhD Electrical Engineering with RF focus; familiarity with ADS or MWO CAD, EM solvers (Sonnet, Momentum, Axiem and/or HFSS), and Python; GPA 3.5+; not eligible for visa sponsorship; competitive hourly pay $31-$42; on-site in Richardson, TX.
