Competency-based RN Apprentice role for students enrolled in a Tennessee Board of Nursing-approved pre-licensure RN program. Provides real-world supervised clinical experience with direct mentorship to transition from student to professional nurse. Assists RN mentor/preceptor in delivering quality nursing care, documents in the EMR, and completes validated competencies with ongoing education and performance evaluations. Based in Memphis, TN, within MLH's mission-driven environment.
