Assists nursing team with a variety of patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of patients. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, walking, bed linens, and transportation to tests, procedures; may serve and collect food trays, provide between-meal nourishment, and record vital signs under the direction of a nurse. Location: MUSC Florence Medical Unit, 5th Floor. Schedule: PRN with 8 hours per week. Requires completion of the first semester of an accredited ADN or BSN program or current enrollment in such a program.
