RN New Grad December 2026 position at Avera Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Responsible for nursing assessments, developing a plan of care, implementing and evaluating care; administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians; directs care provided by non-licensed personnel; works with interdisciplinary care team; flexible work schedule to cover all shifts and weekends as hospital needs demand. Requires RN licensure (state licensure or licensure from a state within the Nursing Compact). Certifications: BLS within 30 days of employment; ACLS within one year (depending on department); PALS or ENPC within one year if ED is home department.
