New Graduate RN Residency, Medical-Surgical unit at Boston Medical Center. 36 hours per week; permanent night or day-night rotating shifts depending on unit availability. The program includes 6 months of orientation with preceptors and Nursing Professional Development Specialists, additional educational days, mentorship, and experiential learning. Opportunities in Oncology, Neurology, Renal, Geriatric & Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Post-Op. Requires nursing school graduation within 12 months of hire; NCLEX must be passed prior to interview; flu shot required; BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers required.
