UAMS Transition to Practice RN New Graduate Residency Program. January 2027 start; full-time on-site shifts (7A-7P, 7P-7A, or alternate 12-hour shifts) with weekend rotation. Program includes lectures, simulation, case studies, online modules, and clinical experience with designated preceptors; ongoing education and mentorship for the first year; new graduates must have less than 12 months RN experience and obtain RN license by start date.
