Sales and Operations Management Trainee role in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities include developing consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts (including many Fortune 500), managing vehicle inventory to balance fleet productivity and profitability, generating new business leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing preferred), effective communication, and a valid driver’s license with ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles (including a 26’ box truck). The role is DOT-regulated with travel within the district and a variable shift that may include evenings and weekends.
