Sales and Operations Management Trainee position located at the Penske facility in Philadelphia, PA, United States. The role involves developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing an inventory of vehicles, generating new business leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business or Marketing), effective communication skills, internship or related customer-facing experience preferred, valid driver’s license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles (including a 26’ box truck), regular attendance, and DOT-related requirements (Driver Qualification File, DOT Drug Screening for CDL holders). Travel within the district may be required; position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or safety-sensitive. Physical requirements and background checks/drug screening are noted as part of the process.
