Job Description

Identify and target potential companies and contacts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and BigTrade Data

Conduct outbound outreach campaigns and lead qualification calls with prospects

Book discovery meetings and hand off qualified leads to Account Managers for closing

Collaborate with the sales team to segment and optimize the prospecting pipeline

Manage and update CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities

Attend sales meetings and facilitate smooth handovers between BDRs and Account Managers

Consolidate sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management

Support team management and gain hands-on exposure to leadership responsibilities

Adapt to evolving business priorities and contribute to operational needs
