More about the role

Customer market research: Work with the database of potential customers and identify new leads to evaluate potential customers for both connected and non-connected products.

S&OP process, analysis of key customers’ sell-out data: Work with customer sell-out data to gather insights on turnover and inventory levels as a basis for planning in the pre-S&OP process.

Customer NPS: Monitor improvement plans for customers who were dissatisfied in recent surveys, providing support to improve satisfaction, working with customer databases for the survey, and following up to ensure customers respond to surveys on time.

Collaboration on Business Plans: Support KAMs in implementing the business plans of key customers.

Stocking: Monitor daily reports from the stocking agency and implement improvements at each customer’s store. More about you
