Job Description

Putri Petani Maju Academy is a 12-month Female Sales Development Program designed to empower and develop future female sales professionals in the agriculture industry. Through structured learning, hands-on field experience, mentorship, and exposure to commercial operations, participants will build the capabilities needed to support sustainable agricultural growth and establish a successful career in agribusiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio: Seeds (Corn and Rice).

Achieve sales target within a given territory and support region’s business growth by managing excellent relationship with R2s across segments

Responsible for managing all demand creation activities within assigned geographic area

Responsible for implementing ePartnerGrow loyalty program for R2s

Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting Syngenta's products to farmers and R2.

Learn to build and nurture relationships with customers under the guidance of the Sales Representative.

Develop product knowledge and begin providing basic technical support to customers.

Collect and report market information to support sales strategies.

Gain practical experience in agricultural sales while contributing to Syngenta's growth in the assigned area.

Qualifications

Female graduate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agri-business, or a related field.

Enjoy working with farmers, communities and diverse stakeholders.

Leadership experience through being part of organizations and managing events.

Excellent skill in: English, Communication, Presentation, Data statistics, Analytics, basic IT developer/programming, Ms. Office and digital platform.

Additional Information

Available to join the 12-month program starting from January 2027.
