Your Team, Your Impact Sales Operations team at Marvell plays a vital role in supporting the company in meeting its revenue and design win goals. This team provides data analysis and insights and ensures efficient execution of sales strategies and customer requests. The team is constantly on the lookout for opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams — working to review and improve business processes through automation. It also contributes significantly to system integration, as well as achieving revenue and design win goals, ultimately driving the success and growth of the organization.

What You Can Expect

As our Sales Ops intern, you will work with your teammates in Singapore and interact with other Sales teams located in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and EMEA among other countries. You will focus on these major project activities:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze supply and order backlog data to drive prioritized, data-based allocation decisions across financial groups.

Support sample order system implementation, serving in an Administrator capacity

Support and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new tools and system implementation projects, contributing to process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information System, Finance or related fields

Sales department experience & general understanding of sales processes is a plus

Strong organizational, data analytical and communications skills

Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders

Strong interest in using AI application tools

Excellent problem solving and time management skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality

Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Query, Power BI experience or Systems Application knowledge is an advantage
