Sales Trainee is a full-time training role designed to prepare the participant for an Account Sales Manager position, supporting sales initiatives, providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations or other absences, and developing customer relationships for in-store and off-premise accounts; upon successful training, eligible to interview for ASM roles with potential to remain in the program up to 12 months plus extensions; at-will employment.
