Sales Trainee program with around 1 year of cross-department on-the-job rotations (oil meal spot sales, production, QA, logistics). Trainees will learn about spot sales, futures trading, production processes, quality, market analysis, and contract execution, with rotation sites in Tianjin and Jiangsu. After rotations, placement in relevant business teams and regions based on performance and interest. Full-time permanent position in China (locations include Tianjin, Jiangsu Zhangjiagang, Dongguan, Guangzhou Nansha).
