School-based Traineeship in Plumbing at Plumbing Ararat, VIC. Partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd. Trainees work toward a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while employed in a Reece branch, completing workbook modules and on-the-job training. Year 10 students can apply year-round; Year 11 students can apply from January until the end of term 2. Based at Plumbing Ararat. Responsibilities include customer service, stock management, processing sales, answering phones, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding branch standards. Workload is the equivalent of 1.5 days per week with Saturday availability; extra hours during school holidays are available and recommended to support progress.
