The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operations, systems administration, and driving process improvements to enhance the Student Internship Programme (SIP) experience and operational efficiency across Temasek Polytechnic. Responsibilities include providing operational support and system administration for SIP systems, dashboards, Internship Resource Hub and other digital platforms; liaising with schools to gather operational requirements and feedback; maintaining SIP resources; compiling internship statistics and MOE reporting; developing communication materials and digital platforms; supporting testing, UAT, implementation and post-implementation support of new SIP systems; and other duties as assigned.
