SHINE New Graduate RN Residency – Critical Care at MaineGeneral Health (Augusta, ME). 36 scheduled hours per week, on-site. Fall/Winter 2026/2027 graduates or those with <= 6 months RN experience. The Critical Care track includes a 12-week orientation across med/surg units, followed by 6 weeks med/surg before transitioning to CCU orientation. Year-long program with clinical training, classroom sessions, and online learning. $4000 Early Acceptance Incentive offered to qualified SHINE candidates (paid in the first RN paycheck). Residency offers full benefits and is registered as an apprenticeship through the Maine Department of Labor, with ongoing professional growth classes.
