DFT Intern at NXP in Austin, TX (on-site/hybrid) to support development and implementation of DFT methodologies for SoC designs, including scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST, test coverage analysis, and automation of DFT flows using scripting languages (Python, Perl, or TCL). Requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; familiarity with Verilog/VHDL and scripting languages; exposure to DFT concepts and EDA tools is desirable.
