Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, technical discussions, and retrospectives
Apply software engineering principles to improve the performance, reliability, scalability, security, and usability of our products
Proactively use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate learning, research, problem-solving, and execution, while applying sound judgment to validate outputs and ensure high-quality work
Communicate technical ideas, progress, and findings clearly with teammates and stakeholders
