The 10-week programme is designed to give you meaningful exposure to the world of insurance broking while helping you develop the knowledge, professional skills and confidence to kick start your career.
Better still, our programme offers a direct pathway into our Autumn 2028 graduate roles, subject to business needs and individual performance.
What you’ll be doing?
You will begin with a structured induction before joining one of our Specialty Broking teams to work alongside experienced specialists on real client projects.
You could be placed into one of the following teams:

You'll learn how complex cyber risks are assessed, structured and placed in the London insurance market while building relationships across a fast-growing global business.

Marine - help businesses involved in global trade protect goods, vessels and operations that move by sea, air or land.
During the programme, you'll:

Build strong relationships with key underwriters, clients and colleagues across the business.
Support with client requests such as updating insurance policies with amendments or changes.
Work alongside experienced brokers to understand how risks are assessed and coverage is negotiated and client relationships are managed.
