Speech Therapist CFY role providing speech and language therapy services to patients in a home health setting. This position is for recent graduates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), with supervision from a licensed SLP. The therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Supervision and mentorship will be provided by a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). All opportunities at 21HHS require being in the field visiting patients in their homes. Location: Salinas, California.
