Stage Business Management internship at Julius Baer in Monaco. You will participate in daily activities of the Monaco 5 team in Wealth Management, including trade order controls, administrative support, entering KYC for discretionary accounts (with Compliance), monitoring the company’s IT systems, and assisting Back Office with daily tasks.

Au sein du Service Business Management de Julius Baer Wealth Management, le stagiaire participe à toutes les activités quotidiennes du Service.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Au sein de l’équipe Monaco 5 de Julius Baer Wealth Management composée de 16 collaborateurs, vous participerez aux activités quotidiennes et aux différents projets de l’équipe, notamment :

Contrôler les ordres de bourse en tant que première ligne de défense.

Apporter un support au Team Head pour certaines tâches administratives.

Saisir les KYC (Know Your Customer) des comptes sous gestion discrétionnaires fournis par la banque et en collaboration avec le service Compliance.

Suivis des développements du système informatique de la société de gestion.

Assister le service Back Office dans leurs tâches quotidiennes.

YOUR PROFILE

Français / Anglais niveau courant

Fort intérêt pour le domaine ou la fonction liés au stage

Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe

Forte motivation pour apprendre et développer de nouvelles compétences

Connaissances de base des outils, logiciels ou concepts pertinents (le cas échéant)

Adaptabilité et volonté de relever de nouveaux défis

Enthousiasme pour contribuer à des projets et à diverses tâches.
