Internship under the head of Compliance and Internal Control Real Estate in Paris. Responsibilities include executing the Internal Control Plan (PACI) checks for activities of the Portfolio Management Company (e.g., anti-money laundering, investment processes, fund ratios, order execution, European regulations, sustainable finance); monitoring alerts from the business relationship screening tool; assisting the Real Estate department with KYC onboarding and regulatory document reviews; supporting Compliance projects; regulatory watch and reporting to the regulator; and assisting in daily tasks of the Compliance and Internal Control Real Estate team.
