Stage département Banque et Finance – Titrisation - 1 er semestre 2027

Six-month internship in Norton Rose Fulbright's Banking and Finance department in Paris. The intern will assist lawyers on financing transactions including transport finance, structured finance, and international export finance, with cross-border coordination. Key tasks include legal research, drafting opinions and analytical notes, drafting and reviewing financing documents and security documents in French and English, participating in negotiation meetings, collecting and analyzing conditions precedent documents, coordinating with overseas offices, and supporting daily file management. The program includes internal training and opportunities to engage with the team and broader firm resources.
