You will be the point of contact for guests (including VIPs and event contacts), coordinate between departments, give hotel tours, resolve complaints, and contribute to delivering the nhow experience. Includes a gross monthly stipend of €750, training via Minor Hotels University Northern Europe, a €500 gross referral bonus, employee discounts, team events, and opportunities for global growth within the company.
