Stagiaire Responsable de projets AMO/MOD H/F in Lille, France. You will accompany Directors of projects in the management of AMO/MOD projects, with responsibilities including analysis of the building and/or land, gathering needs from the Maître d’Ouvrage, defining a product concept, selecting and coordinating technical consultants, monitoring studies (APS, APD, DCE, AMT), assisting with administrative authorizations (Permis de Construire, Déclaration préalable), managing stakeholders during the works phase, coordinating and representing the Maître d’Ouvrage, and participating in business development and internal tooling improvements. Location: On-site – Lille, FRA.
