Store Manager Trainee

Store Manager in Training at Dollar Tree in Carlsbad, NM. Duties include recruiting and hiring store associates, developing and coaching associates, overseeing store activities, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, performing opening and closing procedures, implementing corporate merchandising directions, helping the store reach its maximum profit contribution, protecting assets, maintaining a high level of customer service, and maintaining a positive, safe environment. When performance goals are met, a quarterly bonus is offered.
