Store Manager Trainee - Bench

Store Manager in Training at Dollar Tree in Toledo, Ohio. Responsibilities include recruiting and hiring associates, coaching and developing staff, overseeing store activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies, performing opening and closing procedures, implementing operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters, helping the store reach its maximum profit contribution, protecting company assets, maintaining a high level of customer service, and maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders. This is a full-time role with a quarterly bonus.
