About the Role

Join the strategy and operations team at an AI recruiting startup as a working student. You will support business analysis and operational work that helps the team make informed decisions and improve its processes.

What You'll Do

Analyze information and organize data using spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables.

Prepare presentations and clear written reports to communicate findings.

Collaborate with colleagues through remote communication tools and shared cloud files.

Handle company information responsibly and follow data privacy and confidentiality practices.

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program and eligible to work part-time while studying.

Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business analysis.

Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to write clear reports and deliver presentations.

Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, and cloud storage such as Google Drive or SharePoint.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as spreadsheet charts, Google Data Studio, or Tableau is helpful.
