Structural Analyst supporting NASA MSFC Space Systems Department in the development and evaluation of space systems structures. Performs structural analysis for flight and non-flight hardware, develops formal stress analysis packages using strength of materials and finite element methods, and provides leadership and mentorship to fellow analysts while interfacing with program stakeholders and vendors. Requires BS in Mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering (ABET) with emphasis in structural analysis, US Citizenship and STAR ID, and 1+ years of FE experience.
