Paid Student Farm Internship – 2027 Cohort at Penn State University Park. Interns lead and participate in diversified vegetable, greenhouse, herb, and cut flower production, as well as harvesting, marketing, community outreach, volunteer coordination, event planning, and other farm activities. Compensation is $13.25 per hour, beginning upon successful completion of the required Spring 2027 training course (2 credits). Spring 2027 training is required; Summer 2027 is optional but encouraged; Fall 2027 is required (12-15 hours/week). Continuation opportunities into Winter and Spring 2028 and beyond. Work is outdoors in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
