The Student Nurse Intern Program provides RN nursing students with hands-on patient care experience under the direct supervision of an RN, with clinical exposure to skills in acute care and potential rotations in specialty areas. The student nurse intern will complete a minimum of five months rotating within acute care service units, with the possibility of additional rotations. Schedule is 16 hours per pay period with flexible scheduling (4, 8 or 12-hour shifts), two weekend shifts per six-week schedule, and one holiday annually. Perks include competitive wages, streamlined orientation with weekend and evening opportunities, and eligible reimbursements: up to $300 for work attire through Imlay Uniforms and up to $700 for graduation fees and NCLEX preparation.
