Eligibility: Baylor Freshman Students with Dining Plan

Key Components:

Conduct secret-shopper evaluations of Dining and other Campus Services areas.

Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, food quality, wait times, signage, atmosphere, and overall experience.

Provide honest, constructive feedback, and recommendations.

Recognize employees and experiences that provide exceptional service.

Participate in student surveys, focus groups, advisory meetings, and special projects.

Help identify opportunities to improve the student experience across Dining, Retail, Mail, Copy/Print, Catering, and other Campus Services areas.

Complete brief reports and evaluations following assignments.

Job Description:

Current Baylor freshman with a dining plan.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable and able to work independently.

Interested in making the Baylor student experience better.
