Student Worker - Lifeguard, Fitness and Recreational Sports

The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting a Student Worker to serve as a Fitness and Recreational Sports Lifeguard at the Lombardi pool. Responsibilities include enforcing aquatic policies, responding to water and medical emergencies, setting up and breaking down requests for special programs, conducting general pool maintenance, and supporting events. Requires enrollment at UNR with a minimum 2.0 GPA; Lifeguard Red Cross Certification is required (CPR provided by FRS if needed). Schedule is 10-20 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends as required. Compensation is $14.25/hour (Student Employee Level 1).
