Summer 2027 Human Resources Intern in Midland, TX. Approximately 12 weeks (May – August 2027). Supports recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS data gathering/analysis, and training development; culminates in a presentation of the project to Diamondback’s executive team. Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development or similar; must be returning to school Fall 2027; on-site in Midland, TX for the duration.
