Develop and improve customer-facing training resources; partner with Customer Success Managers to support adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and long-term success; collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve clinical and operational outcomes; learn how Solutions Architects scope SmartHospital implementations and help gather requirements for Statements of Work.
