Commercial Operations Software Engineering Intern at Stryker in Flower Mound, TX. Onsite role in Product Integration Engineering that blends software, systems thinking, and business operations to improve efficiency and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include identifying manual processes, analyzing workflows, and developing scalable solutions using software tools, automation, and emerging AI technologies across Engineering Services, Installation, Field Service, Project Management, and Product Development. Must be enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s/Master’s), maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship needed. Compensation is $20–$35 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend. Travel 10%.
