Summer Associate Internship (Operations Analyst)

The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later. Responsibilities include analyzing historical data, implementation schedules, and industry benchmarks and trends to identify and recommend optimal operational support structures across all operational capabilities. The Summer Associate will work closely with both operational areas and product strategy to understand current and future processes and support needs for a streamlined effective operational structure. Areas of focus may include evaluating a faster payments landscape, optimizing workforce forecasts, and integrating support capabilities (e.g., reporting, quality assurance, audits, risk). Develop and present proposals on findings from data analysis and research to management up to and including senior executives.
