The Summer Associate Program is an immersive, full-time 8-10 week program beginning in late May or early June, embedded with a team on a jobsite or in a department to gain hands-on experience across project management, field management, project development, and business operations. Includes the Capstone Project and Passport Experience, with training and development opportunities and opportunities to present findings to leadership.
