The Summer Associate Program is a full-time, 8- to 10-week immersive opportunity beginning in late May or early June, embedded with a team on a jobsite or in a department to gain hands-on experience across project management, field management, project development, and business operations, with mentorship, formal training, and opportunities to present to leadership via Capstone and Passport experiences.
