Summer Internship - 2027

Location: Los Angeles, CA Department: United Talent Agency Employment Type: Intern Location Type: On-site

Learn How Culture Gets Built.

Culture doesn't move on its own. Someone sees the opportunity first. Someone structures the deal. Someone builds the partnership, protects the relationship, and turns an idea into value - for a client, for a brand, for an audience, for the business. UTA’s Internship Program gives students an inside look at how a global talent and entertainment company operates, while providing hands-on experience across the teams and functions that bring opportunities to life.

This is an opportunity to learn by doing. You will gain hands-on experience across various departments, absorb insights from industry professionals, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to work that makes an impact. Along the way, you will be supported by our experienced team, grow your skills, and gain a clearer understanding of the career you want to build.

If you are a current college junior who is passionate about the entertainment industry, eager to learn, and ready to contribute your unique perspective, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Learn How the Business Works: Through structured classes and real-world assignments, gain insights into the fundamentals of the talent agency business, from client representation to project management.
